Auto Sense is a family owned and operated small business that specializes in being a dealership alternative to the automotive repair industry. Started in 1989 out of an Exxon gas station on the corner of Quarterfield and Old Stage rd. It didn't take long to out grow a two bay repair facility in 1999 was relocated to Millersville in the cloverleaf business park. We perform high quality repairs and exceptional service to our client for their automotive needs.

Our Team
Kenneth Q. Jr. - Founder and owner of Auto sense. Ase Master certified, Automotive business for 49 years, now runs the financial part of the business. Enjoys working with wood and boating.
Kenneth Q III - Owner of Auto Sense, Automotive business for 19 years, currently runs service department, pays vendors, and leads the team thru the next shop goals. Worked at a body shop for the first 4 years of Automotive career, went to CATN for automotive collision. Enjoys spending time on the boat, shooting sporting clays, pool league, and fast older cars.
Phil H. - Service advisor who joined our team in 2022, worked as a service advisor for 31 years, starting early at dealership, and then later transfering independent 15 years ago. Enjoys camping, baseball and football.
Rich G. - Head technician/ forman - Rich has worked for Auto Sense for 25 years, originally coming from a precision tune and lube. Also a md state inspector, with multiple certifications and countless hours of class. Rich enjoys sporting clays, crabbing and fishing with his kayak.
Phil S. - A level tech, previously worked at a Jeep 4x4 shop that only did differentials and lifts, Phil quickly adapted to a new style of work. Also a Md state inspector. He enjoys riding his dirt bike, snow boarding, and competition shooting.
Raul D. - B level tech, md state inspector, previous came from Lexus dealership. He is currently on his 2nd year here at Auto Sense. He enjoys fishing
Logan W. - C level tech, md state inspector, previous came from the same Jeep 4x4 shop that Phil S. came from. He is currently on his 2nd year here at Auto Sense.
Victor - Shuttle driver, clean up guy - He is currently entering his 3rd year here at Auto Sense.

What makes Auto Sense great is that because its family owned and operated we understand the importance of a good work life and home life balance. We have performance related goals and the whole team works hard to meet those goals. The team understands the rewards for hitting each goal. The company pays and sponsors team building activities, for example we go on a fishing charter each year.
